Assistant Service Manager

Jobing Description:

The Assistant Service Manager position requires the employee to greet customers in the service department and to assess their needs as it relates to their car repairs. The communication between the ASM and the customer is paramount and requires the employee to be multi- tasked. The ASM is also required to offer recommended services to the customer and to follow the process of repairs while communicating the progress with the customer. The ASM is required to have great customer service skills and selling skills.

Skills/ Requirements:

To have sales ability and to be a good listener and communicator with great customer service skills.

Service Technician

Jobing Description:

We are currently expanding and looking for ASE Certified Technican's. We are looking for Heavy Line Technicians, Transmission Technicians and Diesel Technicians. Ford Certification a plus, but not required.
